Do you cover other services other than what is stated in the site like maid service or hourly?
No, we do not. Our core services are mattress, sofa, curtain cleaning. Handover, move in or out cleaning is also provided with add on services like aircon steam cleaning.
What services are covered in your handover or short-term apartment cleaning?
We will cover all the scope as stated in our site and any add-ons which you might have. However, we do not clear excessive rubbish, moving of furniture, washing of any laundry or kitchenware, kitchen hood cleaning, waxing of floors, external window cleaning or fix any defects caused by tenants
Do I need to be at home during cleaning?
You do not need to be home; we take care of everything on cleaning, and we will liaise with you on the keys placement etc. We will also send you pictures of the cleaned place
How long does it take to do a handover cleaning?
Cleaning hours differs with the packages offered. Typically, a standard package without add on will take 4 hrs to complete depending on the condition of the place. Should we need more time, we will let you know beforehand.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation -> 48 hrs, just let us know through WhatsApp or call us. Alternatively, we are happy to provide rescheduling if you like to.
Do you offer satisfaction guarantee?
Your business and trust are important to us. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with our service, let us know within 24 hours and we will come over and rectify any grievances you might have at no charge. If you are still not satisfied after rectification, we will offer your money back guaranteed. But if you find that we did a great job, please write a review on us and we love to read our customers review as well as for others to see our service.

For jobs which we have not stated the price online, yes, we can quote over the phone or any communication platform.
Will you be providing any cleaning tools and products?
Yes, we provide both cleaning tools and products. Not to worry!

Are we a ‘green company’?
We are proud to say that almost all our cleaning agents are biodegradable, and we are striving hard to replace those that hasn’t. We want to be one that embraces Mother Earth responsibly. Our cleaning equipment and processes combines water and mostly biodegradable agents to do our cleaning. We reuse plastic bottles and use microfiber cloth for our cleaning instead of paper or plastic products that are single use. And we NEVER use bleach.
